TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF REMOTE HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Township of Bloomfield for preliminary and final site plan approval along with associated bulk variance relief in order to convert an existing commercial building to a cash and carry retail use at property commonly known as 265 Watsessing Avenue and otherwise known as Block 392, Lot 11 on the tax maps of the Township of Bloomfield. The subject property is located in a CC Zone and the retail use proposed is not permitted in the zone. In order to improve and use the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting preliminary and final site plan approval in addition to bulk variances for minimum lot area, minimum front yard setback, minimum side yard setback, minimum rear yard setback and minimum required parking spaces in addition to any and all other variances or waivers the board deems necessary for approval of this application. A public hearing for this application will be held via Zoom at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. The public is invited to attend.
