ESSEX COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE The next Essex County Board of County Commissioners Conference/Board Meeting will take place by remote communication means on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. The general public will not be able to attend this meeting in person but will be able to participate by means of communication equipment. The meeting will be streaming live and a link for the livestream will be posted on the Commissioner website – nj-ecc.org The meeting can also be viewed on the Essex County Commissioners Mobile App, Facebook page, and YouTube channel. Members of the public with limited or no internet access may listen to the meeting by phone by calling (540) 409-4375 and using the password 79260#. PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURE: The public will have an opportunity to make public comment via e-mail AND via phone call. Members of the public are allowed one (1) comment per Public Comment session either by phone or e-mail (not both). If you have a comment to submit via e-mail, please send it to [email protected]. The Clerk of the Board will read your question or comment into the record during the public comment portion of the meeting (3 minutes allowed). You should submit your name, address and state your question or comment. If you would like to call in and make a comment during the public comment portion of the meeting, please call (855) 756-7520 and use the password 79260#. After entering the password, listen for the prompt to press ZERO to be placed in the queue to speak during the meeting. Speakers may call the number beginning at 5:00 pm on the date of the Meeting and will be placed in queue until the public comment or public hearing portion of the meeting.
