NATURE OF APPLICATION: I, Jeff Roberts, the resident at 56 Ernst Ave am applying for a bulk variance. The reason that the variance is needed is because the addition will put the structure in excess of the maximum 25% building coverage that is allowed for this zone. The new percentage of building coverage after the addition will be 27%. The project will include removing the existing deck on the rear of the house and replacing it with a 10×25 addition.
