The Property which is subject to this application is located on the property designated on the municipal Tax Maps as Lot 3 in Block 249, located at 65 Park Avenue, Bloomfield, New Jersey (the “Property”). The Property is located in the R-1B Zoning District, which only permits single family residential use.
