TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by resolution memorialized on January 4, 2022, the Planning Board of the Township of Bloomfield approved the application of GTI New Jersey LLC (“GTI”) for conditional use approval and amended preliminary and final site plan approval to add cannabis retail sales to the approved use of the existing building on property commonly known as 26-48 Bloomfield Avenue (corner of North Sixteenth Street), Township of Bloomfield, which property is identified on the tax maps of the Township of Bloomfield as Block 21, Lot 1 (also known as Block 21, Lots 1,2,4-7 and 10) (“the Property”).
