NOTICE REGARDING AN APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT TO THE BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT An application requesting development approval has been filed by 125 Broughton Ave, LLC, as applicant and owner, for property known as 125 Broughton Avenue, Bloomfield, New Jersey, also known as Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 823 on the Tax Map of the Township of Bloomfield. The applicant/owner proposes to construct a new two story addition to the existing one story commercial building on the subject property thereby creating a mixed use building consisting of commercial use on the ground floor and 4 residential apartments on the second and third floors. The subject property is located in a B-2 Neighborhood Business Zone. The applicant seeks preliminary and final major site plan approvals, conditional use D variance approval for the proposed density of 37 units per acre and C variance approval for the proposed number of parking spaces which do not comply with the Zoning Ordinance requirements.
