The township of Bloomfield is partnering with Ridgewood Diagnostic Labs to offer COVID-19 testing seven days a week beginning this Thursday. The testing will be offered at Watsessing School between 10:00am-6:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am-3:00pm on weekends.
“Throughout this crisis, we have prioritized testing as many residents as we can in order to keep the spread of the virus as minimal as possible. We have seen an increase in demand for testing as numbers have gone up and for that reason we decided to make it available seven days a week,” *said Mayor Venezia.* “If you believe that you have been exposed to the virus, or may have the virus, do not hesitate to make an appointment to be tested as soon as possible.”
After registering online, you must go to the testing site on the designated date/time and you must be wearing a mask. *You DO NOT need to arrive in a vehicle to be tested.* If you have health insurance, you will be required to bring insurance information and an ID. For those without insurance, you must have a social security number and ID. Testing will be free for all residents.
