I have submitted a standard development application including bulk variance(s) and use variance since the structure I plan to complete is too large in size at the moment for what is accepted in Bloomfield Township. I am seeking permit for additional structure in the backyard. We would like to add a square gazebo for recreational use. Also, the position of the structure is oversized (300 sqft, and 15ft in height) and does not fit in the backyard area of our property, therefore it is currently placed on the side of the house directly next to the backyard. The applicant may also seek any such other variances and waiver that may be required. The Bloomfield Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on the application to be held via Zoom at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021. The public is invited to attend.
