TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF REMOTE HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Township of Bloomfield for preliminary and final major site plan approval in addition to use and bulk variance relief in order to renovate the existing building and property for use as a physician’s office with associated parking, lighting and landscaping improvements and to demolish an existing detached frame garage at property known as 320 Belleville Avenue and otherwise known as Block 252, Lot 15 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Bloomfield. In order to develop and use the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting preliminary and final major site plan approval, a use variance to permit the physician’s office use and a bulk variance for maximum permitted impervious coverage in addition to any and all other variances or waivers the board deems necessary for approval of this application. A public hearing for this application will be held via Zoom at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2021. The public is invited to attend.
